Does your products carry any guarantee?

All of our products carry a 12 month warranty. We recommend that customers follow our installation instructions accurately to promote a trouble free product life.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All House Signs will be received within 7-14 days. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. We will deliver all goods via Royal mail.

How do I clean my house sign?

Corian®, Stainless Steel and Acrylic house signs can be cleaned using a soft cloth and warm soapy water. As Slate is a natural product and therefore will naturally fade over time, we recommend a small drop of linseed oil on a soft cloth for best results.

How are the house signs mounted?

The house signs come pre-drilled and supplied with necessary fixings dependable on your chosen product plus full fitting instructions.

Are they weatherproof?

All plaques are tough, durable and totally weatherproof for the type of weather we have in the UK.

What if I do not like my product when it arrives?

Each sign is a bespoke made item, for any supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

What is your returns procedure?

If your order is damaged in anyway once you receive it i.e. broken or cracked, please email or phone us straight away and DO NOT attempt to fit the house sign, we will replace the damaged goods straight away.
